All third-party providers are based in the US or EU and provide adequate data protection safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).
Client Financial Data
During consulting engagements, we may process client financial data (transaction listings, trial balances, invoices). This data:
- Is processed via Anthropic Claude under a commercial Data Processing Agreement
- Is transmitted securely to Anthropic's infrastructure and is never used to train AI models
- Is not retained after the engagement ends unless explicitly agreed in writing
- Is subject to UK GDPR international transfer safeguards (UK Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses)
